“Love all, trust a few. Do wrong to none”
I really like this. Sounds like the Dahlai Lama. And it is advice I could have used in the past. Being a very accepting, trusting individual, I let many hurt me by trusting their intentions were good. Unfortunately, that isn’t always the case. But it doesn’t say “trust no one”. Without trust in someone, you will feel terribly alone. Just know that even those you love may not be those you should trust. Build the relationship and see, first.
As for the last part, self-explanatory. I’ve said before and will again; there is no reason to harm others whether it be emotionally or physically. Live by the golden rule, treating those with whom you come into contact with the same respect you want back. In doing so, life will be good 🙂
Have a great Hump Day!
